Walking as an Exercise

Walking is a good way to move into other areas of exercise. Here is a link to the Mayo Clinic on walking for exercise:  http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/walking/HQ01612

HCG..?

By the way….I do not endorse any weight loss supplements but in case you are wondering, I have researched a few. A few years ago I saw this guy on TV talking about weight loss secret that doctors didn’t want us to know about. It was a bout HCG but at the time there was not a lot of public information.
If you go to You Tube or a Google search and type in HCG you get a lot of information. Here is a link to one of the You Tube videos: http://youtu.be/Rxwoe-gAv_c

Remember always consult your doctor when using any supplements!

Okay, I have been slacking!

Hey there you health conscious faithful. I have been slacking at bit. Now, I know a few of you have had some time off and maybe you got a tad bit stuffed. DO NOT PANIC!
We will work it off. How? You can work it off by walking for fifteen to twenty minutes a day. Did you know that just a brisk walk each day can get you in tune and sets your body in motion to burn calories off? It’s only a few minutes each day. Think about it until, my next post.

If you will notice under my blog links, you will find two sites one of them to the American Heart Association site. You will find under Getting healthy, hundreds of things you can do now to benefit your health in the future. Please take a look.
You may also want to read some books on heart health, or specific heath topics that interest you. Remember you can never learn too much about your health. Cook books for diabetics and other specialty recipe books have excellent tasting recipes. You have to dig deep: That’s how you get your healthy wins!

Let's get started!

All of us need to be sure of our health status. How can we do this?  A full physical and check up! Ask questions about what you don't know and be persistent. Get a second opinion. This is your life. Remember the Doctor works for you, he can also be replaced, this just my opinion.
Once we know the areas we need to work on we can seek the medical and physical assistance we need. Trainer, Doctor, workout buddy, or simply doing more research to make sure our journey is both safe and healthy for us.
I was put on an exercise regimen and it was rough.  Only do what you’re comfortable with at first and gradually increase your exercise or routine.
Enough for this post, go get started!
